 Mrs. Barbara Dunn currently serves as the Executive Director of The Pine Bluff Convention Center, a role she assumed in August 2024.

Mrs. Dunn is an accomplished, multifaceted, and visionary leader who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to The Pine Bluff Convention Center. She has a 35-year proven track record of success in higher education and state government. During Mrs. Dunn's 35-year proven track record, she has gained an immense amount of trained experience in Educational Administration, Leadership, Marketing, Grant Writing, Human Resources, Fundraising, Recruitment, and Project Management.  Mrs. Dunn is poised to lead, soar, and implement her talents at The Pine Bluff Convention Center. With Mrs. Dunn's phenomenal career background, she knows that she can create a new age of integrated internal and external growth, a new era of positive transformation, and success for the Pine Bluff community, as well as the State of Arkansas.

Mrs. Dunn recently served as the Executive Director of Institutional Advancement and Public Relations at Southeast Arkansas College. She has 24 years of experience in higher education where she truly changed the lives of students in Pine Bluff.
